A Conductor’s Workshop at UNC School of the Arts

Piedmont Wind Symphony is excited to announce the launch of its new program, CONDUCT!, a dynamic conductor’s workshop designed for individuals who wish to enhance their conducting and analytical skills. “Participating in conducting workshops has provided me with the most incredible growth and learning experiences in the safety of working alongside others motivated to improve. I am excited to lean on my experiences as a workshop participant and a middle school band director to help this group of CONDUCT! Participants progress on their journey, and I am ecstatic for all of us to collaborate with THE Piedmont Wind Symphony!” ––Tiffany Hitz
This immersive workshop offers participants the rare opportunity to work alongside professional members of Piedmont Wind Symphony while refining their conducting techniques, score preparation, and rehearsal strategies.
