Celebrate the beginning of Piedmont Wind Symphony’s 35th Anniversary Season with special guest composer and conductor Brian Balmages and saxophone soloist Robert Young. The program features the world premiere of Michael Robinson’s Fanfare 1989, James Syler’s Birds of Paradise featuring Robert Young, Gala Flagello’s Love and Nature, and Balmages’ Windows and Mirrors - Symphony for Band.

Groove into the holiday season with Piedmont Wind Symphony’s “Boogie Winter Wonderland!” Enjoy an electrifying evening with funky twists on seasonal favorites. Dance to Earth, Wind & Fire's "December" and "Boogie Wonderland," and sway to classics like "Winter Wonderland" reimagined with a funky flair. The concert features soulful renditions from James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Chaka Khan, and Luther Vandross, alongside festive tunes from the Red Light Brass Band and Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings. This concert is a 35th Anniversary Holiday Event.
